Our diaphragm using on Geho pump gets success in long distance slurry pipeline transport

　On February 10, 2017, the main diaphragm produced by Liaoning Futai Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. has been continuously used for 8008 hours on the Netherlands GEHO pump (pump model TZPM1600) in jianshan Iron Ore Concentrate operation area of Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., LTD. Mining Branch. After inspection by the equipment personnel of Jianshan Mine, the diaphragm produced by our company has smooth surface, no cracking or damage phenomenon, no obvious aging traces of rubber, the vulcanized plate at the fixing point of the diaphragm and the detection rod is bonded intact, and the fixing bolt of the detection rod is not abnormal. The diaphragm produced by our company fully meets the requirements of "three high standards", that is, long distance (slurry conveying from jianshan mine to tisco filtration operation area), high pressure (hydraulic end design pressure 2340psi) and high punching (diaphragm punching maximum 69 times per minute, minimum 60 times per minute)! This marks that the diaphragm produced by our company has once again achieved success in the domestic application of long pipeline transportation of concentrate slurry!
